    Get every employee literate in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Make AI use the default, not the exception.

    • Give everyone access to 2–3 frontier chatbots (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
    • Hand each person 10 starter prompts relevant to their role — the cases from Layer 1.
    • Start asking the workforce questions they can only answer with AI — pace the literacy by demand, not by training.
    KPI · 70%+ weekly active. ≥ 3 hrs / person / week saved.
  2. Q2–Q3 · WALK

    Layer 2  ·  Core Processes Native AI.

    Surround Business Central with off-the-shelf AI apps, one process at a time. Same four steps, every time.

    1. Step 1 · Map the core processes. Forecasting & buffer · Margin / rebate / pulsings · Marketplace & content · B2B deal integration.
    2. Step 2 · Map AI-native apps to each element. Streamline / EazyStock for forecasting; Sirion / Brightleaf for rebates; Omnia / Aura for marketplace; ContraVault for tenders.
    3. Step 3 · Stitch the apps together. Shared context, cross-tool hand-offs, human-in-the-loop. The islands start to talk.
    4. Step 4 · Stitch back to Business Central. Read first, write later — every accrual and posting audited and citable.
    KPI · pulsings reconciled live; first JBL buffer-stock forecast in production; one Vodafone-style portal scaffolded by AI.
  3. Q4 · RUN

    Layer 3  ·  Freedom 2 All.

    Seed the org with builders. Let demonstration — not training — pull the rest of the company forward.

    • Pick 4–5 people across functions and make them masters of Claude Code.
    • Have them show off in all-hands and team meetings — disposable apps, agents, dashboards, built live.
    • Their job is to educate by doing: every shipped tool is a teaching moment for the rest of the org.
    KPI · ≥ 10 internal apps in production. ≥ 1 net-new revenue line attributable to Layer-3 builders.
